    Paritosh Segal

With 30+ years with Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Patni, including two start-ups, Paritosh Segal comes with extensive experience of domestic & global IT Industry.He successfully led several initiatives from scratch, which have been a first in the Industry or for the organization. His last role at Patni was as the Senior VP & Global Head of GE Business Unit and Global Head of Innovation & Research Labs. Segal currently advises few start-ups which are Product & Technology companies. Chief advisor to AutoRaja, he walks with us – mentoring us on business planning, refining our strategy-direction.

  • P N Subramanian- Human Resources and Network Building

    P N Subramanian

P N Subramanian was most recently the vice president of a US based software company, Aremissoft. He was responsible for setting up a software development center and managing emerging market operations. He led operations for onsite teams in Europe and offshore teams in India. Subramanian is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in leading large teams in varied industry segments. He founded Blueshift Inc., a successful US based software company with front-end sales and marketing in the US, and back-end operations in India. Subramanian also founded an internet consulting firm that was eventually acquired by a NASDAQ listed software major. Earlier, Subramanian worked in Dubai, UAE with one of the largest corporate groups, Al Futtaim. He relocated to India in 1993 as the CEO of Denmur Fax Roll Ltd., a joint venture with an Australian firm to produce thermally coated sensitive paper. He advises us on our Human Resources practices.

  •  Raj Cherubal- Policy Making

Raj Cherubal is the Director-Projects for Chennai City Connect (CCC). CCC, a platform for industry associations and civic organisations, envisions vibrant Indian cities that deliver world-class quality of life, infrastructure and services for all its citizens—rich and poor. A physicist by training, and a socio-political change-maker by choice, Cherubal is both our critic and guiding-star. Today, at CCC, he has initiated and/or participated in various projects on traffic, transportation and urban planning focused on pedestrians, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and integrated public transportation, efficiency of road system, redevelopment of business district and regional planning. Interested in improving urban governance, urban quality of life and promoting market-based solutions to poverty, Cherubal mentors AutoRaja at the business validation level, and provides guidance to forge strategic government relations.

  •  R. Natraj, IPS- Driver and Public Services Engagement

    R Natraj

Recognized across the state for his innovative schemes and attitudinal change in the police force, R. Natraj, IPS, is an honorary member on the Ethics Board of AutoRaja. Belonging to the 1975 batch, Natraj served the State and Central governments in various capacities. While in the Central Reserve Police Force, he worked in the North-East and Jammu and Kashmir. Between 1986 and 1990, he was First Secretary in the Indian High Commission in Kathmandu. During 2003-2006, he held the post of Chennai Police Commissioner in two spells. Later, he was Director General of Police in-charge of Prisons and Fire and Rescue Services. More recently, he served as the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Throughout his career, Natraj has emphasized on rendering social service. Instrumental in getting auto drivers in the city to deliver goodwill, he provides valuable insights into design and implementation of training to drivers at AutoRaja. Under his direction, we are building stronger and meaningful relations with both police and drivers alike.
