1. If driver has not been allocated then cancellation fee is not applicable and full refund will be processed
2. If driver has been allocated and trip is cancelled more than one hour in advance then cancellation fee is not applicable
3. If driver has been allocated and trip is cancelled less than one hour in advance then cancellation fee is applicable
